Observation

Some staff did not complete required training within 3 mos of the new WAC starting June 2021 as noted in each specific WAC below. Some staff did not complete Basic School Age STARS training yet (Jenna M, Celia R) Staff have not completed the DCYF dept. Emergency Preparedness training. Site Directors(Coordinators) and Leads have not taken the DCYF Medication training before administering medicaton. Staff have not taken the DCYF Child abuse/neglect training. Staff JL did not have current FA/CPR when working in ratio. Some staff have BBP more than 1 yr old, or is not seen in MERIT profile. (Marissa R, Hailey N, Misty P, Louie T)
